Terms and Conditions of MedibleGo

  1. Purpose of the Service
The service provided by MedibleGo aims to help entrepreneurs define, improve, and optimise their product and service offerings by applying Design Thinking methodologies. It is important to highlight that the ideas, proposals, and strategic objectives we present are intended solely as guidance and inspiration for the entrepreneur’s decision-making process. These proposals are in no way mandatory or final.
  2. Flexibility and Adaptation of Proposals
The entrepreneur has complete freedom to change, add, remove, or prioritise the recommendations as they see fit. The final control over decisions, as well as the implementation of any changes, lies entirely with the entrepreneur, who knows their business and market best. Our role is to provide guidance, helping to bring the voice of customers into the decision-making process, without imposing any specific actions.
  3. Customisable Work Plan
The work plan provided by MedibleGo is fully adaptable. The entrepreneur can modify the suggested projects and tasks according to their needs, adding, removing, or reordering activities. This plan is a flexible roadmap that can be adjusted as the entrepreneur progresses in developing their product or service.
  4. Time and Cost Estimates
The time and cost estimates provided during the process are purely indicative and should not be considered final. Variability in pricing for certain services or activities can be significant, and the entrepreneur will ultimately decide the budget for each activity and the timelines. Timelines depend on multiple factors, including the entrepreneur’s dedication of time and resources.
  5. Confidentiality and Use of Interview Data
During the Design Thinking process, the entrepreneur will conduct interviews with their target audience. The recordings of these interviews will only be used for the entrepreneur’s project. These interviews are anonymous, and no specific details about the individuals interviewed are retained, ensuring confidentiality. The data will not be used for other projects unless the entrepreneur explicitly authorises it. With the entrepreneur’s consent, the collected information may be used to identify synergies or potential benefits with other entrepreneurs who use or have used the platform.
  6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
To protect the entrepreneur’s intellectual property and ideas, MedibleGo will provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the start of the service. This agreement ensures that any confidential information shared by the entrepreneur during the process will not be disclosed to third parties without their consent. This applies to business ideas, products, services, strategies, and any other sensitive content related to the business.
  7. Ownership of the Project and Final Decisions
All content and decisions related to the final project, including modifications, adjustments, and prioritisation of recommendations, are the sole property of the entrepreneur. MedibleGo acts only as a facilitator or consultant and does not have the authority to make changes or decisions without the explicit approval of the entrepreneur.
  8. Limited Liability
MedibleGo is not responsible for business decisions or implementation choices made by the entrepreneur based on the recommendations and guidance provided. The success or failure of the project depends largely on external factors and decisions made by the entrepreneur, including their commitment of time, resources, and execution.
  9. No Guarantee of Results
The Design Thinking service provided by MedibleGo is intended to help the entrepreneur identify opportunities and improve their offering, but it does not guarantee specific results. Outcomes may vary depending on implementation, market conditions, and other factors beyond the control of MedibleGo.
  10. Use of Platform and Third-Party Rights
The entrepreneur is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any tools, software, or resources provided by MedibleGo as part of the service does not infringe on the rights of third parties. MedibleGo disclaims any responsibility for copyright or intellectual property violations that may arise from the entrepreneur’s use of tools or resources.
  11. Authorisation for Use of Information
